We are a varied group of scientists, musicians, graduate students, professionals, poets, hikers, runners, readers, art-lovers, and travelers in our 20s and 30s who live together in a co-op in Palo Alto. We’re currently looking for lgbtq- and poc-friendly housemates to join our home who are excited to contribute to and help shape a vibrant intentional community.

We are looking to move into a new house and will have spots available in 3 fully furnished large singles with shared bathroom (cost of rooms ranging $1200-$1500) and one fully furnished master bedroom with private bath and walk-in closet ($2000). We are preferably looking for a 1 year lease starting July 1.

We enjoy:

• Eating together! We cook 4 shared vegetarian dinners per week (we each cook one night a week; you don’t have to be there for all of them).
• Saving money by sharing groceries!
• Talking big ideas, or little silly ones. Nerding out, hiking and biking, game nights, nature excursions, jam sessions, and the like!
• Inviting others to join in the things we like to do.
• Sharing! Food, and ideas, but also work (chores!). We want to build a community in which all are welcome, and are committed to learning from all of our members what works for them. Some of our values are: hospitality, learning, egalitarianism, cleanliness, fairness, and sustainability.

In addition to the shared room, communal spaces include a living room, a big dining room, spacious kitchen, and an outdoor patio and yard. Laundry and parking on-site. No smoking.

First month and last month's rent + security deposit required.
