IMPORTANT NOTE: This apartment will be renovated in Rains from June 19th to September 11th. During this time the resident will be relocated for EV Studio 2. You would pay the same price as you would pay at Rains, for a really nice, SINGLE apartment right across the road. Rains staff will also help in the moving process. This is a great deal! You get a single person apartment equipped with a private bathroom, FULL-sized bed and kitchen for a greatly reduced price during the renovation period.
