Stanford LSRP looking for housing in August (23F)

Hello! I am starting as a stem cell researcher this August and looking for housing. Some key details include:

-My current lease is up on Aug. 21st.
-I come with a 3yo cat named Blue (photos attached) that I have an ESA letter for. Ideally, I'd like to live somewhere with another cat because he's very social with other kitties!
-My budget is under $2,400
-I have no preference on housemate gender identities.
-Location less than 30 minute commute to Stanford campus preferred!
-I work every day (including weekends) so I'm frequently away

A little more about me:
I like to chill when I'm at home - not a party person, drink occasionally and don't smoke (but friendly to those that do) I tend to spend my evenings watching shows with friends, reading fantasy books or crafting. My kitty is very shy but incredibly sweet once he opens up. He has never scratched others (unless rough-housing) and likes to sleep on laps. He can get a bit noisy when hungry or when I'm working late at night, but is easily bribed with Churu treats.
