Stanford Med & CS Researchers] Seeking 2 Rooms OR Entire 2B/3B Apt (July 1 – Sept 14)

Hi everyone,

We are a pair of male Stanford visiting summer researchers (School of Medicine & Computer Science) seeking housing starting July 1st through September 14th.

We are open to two options:

Two available private rooms in a shared house/co-op.

An entire 2B or 3B apartment/house to take over for the summer (If it is a 3-bedroom, we will easily fill the 3rd room with another confirmed Stanford colleague).

Our Ideal Setup:

Location: Palo Alto, Menlo Park, On-Campus (EVGR/Rains), or Mountain View.

Budget: ~$1,800 – $2,200 per room.

Why we are the ideal summer tenants:

Low-impact academic lifestyle: Both of us work long hours in our respective labs/research groups. We are quiet, tidy, and low-maintenance.

Guaranteed cash flow: Seamless July 1st start date. If you had a last-minute summer cancellation, we can cover your July & August rent immediately.
