Hello! I am looking to sublet my private, furnished room in a 2 bedroom Stanford apartment from June 8th until July 21st. The apartment is located in Stanford's beautiful Rains houses and is a 10 minute walk to Stanford's main quad. It is conveniently located for those working or studying on campus, and is also close to a beach volleyball court, BBQ pit, and beautiful hiking trails such as the Stanford Dish trail. :)

The apartment is one of the more spacious on-campus housing options, with a large living room in addition to its two bedrooms, shared bathroom, and kitchen. It is completely furnished with recently renovated furniture. The rent is $1000 per month (discounted $148 from the rent I pay!), with a $250 security deposit.

As per Stanford's subletting requirements, I am looking to sublet the apartment to a female Stanford affiliate.
