Happy to share a bathroom and kitchen. Budget: 2000 to 3000 USD per month depending on the room or apartment. I'm 28, married (my wife is staying in Denmark), quiet, tidy and responsible. Anywhere from SF to Sunnyvale is okay. In-unit or in-complex washer/dryer is preferred. Balcony is also a plus but not required. Budget is 3500/month in rent.
