Stanford Researcher Seeking Furnished 1bd/1ba or 2bd/1-2 ba

Hi!
I’m a Stanford researcher who will be looking to move in to a 1bd/1ba or 2bd/1-2ba apartment by late August. I would preferably love to have it furnished and ideally with an in unit washer/dryer but it’s alright if there is no washer or dryer. I’m looking for a 9-12 month lease. My budget for a 1bd-1ba would be up to 3500 and it would be up to 5200 for a 2bd apartment. If you have any leads, please reach out!
