Single room in a Rains 2-BR apartment available 06/22/2018 - 09/20/2018. YOU MUST BE A STANFORD AFFILIATE TO APPLY.

Rent is $1,179 per month prorated. I am somewhat flexible on dates, but would like to sublicense for most or all of the summer. The room is fully furnished with a full extra-long bed, desk, drawers, closet, etc. You are welcome to use the pots, plates, pans, and other kitchen items as well, which are already in the apartment. The 2-BR apartment includes a bathroom, spacious living room, and kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and food processor.

My roommate is a PhD student in engineering who is very nice, tidy, and is a Rains Community Associate, so she organizes social events for the dorm. Rains also has a big parking lot where you can park with a parking permit (~$30/month). It is the largest grad student dorm on campus and is a 5 min bike ride from classroom buildings.
