These 4 Heavy Duty Carts came in our warehouse brand new, never used but assembled. They do not have the accessories such as the bins that hang down from each side of the Cart, but they do have separators for the middle section and a layer of dust. That way you can put your own spin on what you want to do with them!! Heavy duty wheels that make moving around much easier.
