I'm a Stanford grad student and because I got Stanford on-campus housing this year, I had to move out before my lease is over. As a result, I'm eager to rent this unit out as fast as possible so I can stop paying the rent for my lease.

So, I'm willing to pay whoever rents this specific unit from Stanford Villa Apartment half a month rent ($1200) immediately once the contract is signed.
