Stanford Visiting Scholar Family Looking for 3B/4B Home for Sabbatical Year

Hi! My family and I are moving to the Bay Area for a sabbatical year. I will be a visiting scholar at Stanford Law School, and my husband will be visiting at UCSF. We have three children and are looking for a comfortable home for the year.

Looking for: 3BR or 4BR home / townhouse / apartment, furnished or unfurnished
Location: Palo Alto, Mountain View, Sunnyvale, or nearby
Move-in: Early to mid-August 2026, flexible
Lease length: 10–12 months, with possibility of longer
Budget: Flexible, depending on the place

We are responsible, quiet, non-smokers, no pets, and currently abroad, so a virtual tour would be very helpful.
