I am looking for a female roommate to share my 2 bed 2 full bath apartment, from 22nd of January, 2012. Lease is signed for 3 months first, and may be renewed for 6 month each time.

The apartment is newly renovated, 910 square feet, with laundry facility inside, full kitchen, provided with parking place. It is also furnished. It is located in a beautiful area close to Mountain view downtown, short walking to Caltrain, shopping and restaurants. Deposit is 750$. The rent will be 1200$/ month, shared utility fee (about 50$)/ month.

I am in my early 30's, female postdoctor working in Stanford right now. I hope I will find a neat, responsible and easy going roommate.
