Hey guys, thanks for reading our post! Below you’ll find all the details about our setup, but before I even start let me tell you that we have the best setup in San Francisco Bay Area. Our house is extremely nice, great roommates, and just an all-around awesome environment.

The lease from our landlord is 6 months that renews at the end of the term. We would love someone that wants to come into our home and join our house for the long term, we’re about building friendship on top of shared living.

The room is unfurnished and available November 19th. The house itself is 8br/4ba. Everyone living in the house is a working professional in San Francisco Bay Area.

The house itself is awesome, plenty of room to relax but get work done as well. The kitchen and living spaces are all already furnished, and it’s close to Walking distance to Apple's new Headquarters, Apple Park, 3 minute walk to Stevens Creek Blvd which has a wide variety of shops and and restaurants including Target, Starbucks, Philz Coffee, Alexander's Steakhouse, Cream, Benihana, AMC theater, Bowlmor, minutes driving from the 280 freeway. In addition, it has Very convenient spacious house with well kept back garden.

Our ideal roommate would be someone in their 20s or 30s who is respectful of their roommates and also wants to hopefully build lifelong friendships!
