Stroke Awareness Survey

Hi everyone,

We are conducting a short, IRB-approved and anonymous Stroke Awareness Survey to better understand how people on the Stanford campus recognize the signs of stroke and respond to them.

The goal is to improve campus-wide awareness and education about stroke prevention and treatment.
