Description

Hey everyone!

Life as a Stanford student can become excruciatingly difficult to manage - we are all driven, passionate people trying to reach our goals and make the best of the college experience. CAPS is severely under-resourced and does not always provide the proper guidance for someone struggling with their mental wellbeing. As an active member of the Stanford community, I want to contribute by offering my services as a life and mental health coach. Here are some things I can help you with in our sessions:

  1. Purpose Finding and Fulfillment
  • What are my goals? Why are these my goals?
  • Are my goals aligned with my purpose?
  • How to handle changes in purpose
  1. Relationship Struggles and Loneliness
  • Family Relationships, Romantic Relationships and Friendships
  • Building a healthy social life in college
  1. Physical Health and Exercise
  • Exercise routines and accountability
  • How to motivate yourself for physical exertion
  1. Happiness Engineering
  • How to express gratitude and be more mindful
  • Making happiness a priority

I hope to be a mentor who can help with the above and more. We can have a free intro call to discuss how I can help you and am also available to meet in person on campus too if you like!

If you’re struggling or even just want to vent/rant about life, I highly encourage you to reach out!
