I'm looking to sublet my studio in EV 5 from August 12th to approximately September 15th. (I’m looking for pretty exact dates, although I could begin or end a few days earlier or later). The studio includes a full-sized bed and spacious, full-service kitchen that would be fully equipped for the subletter. The apartment is on the 4th floor facing a tree-lined avenue and is extremely quiet. The building has a laundry room with free laundry, a lounge, and a computer lab. The rent is $42/day.
