I'm looking to sublet my studio in EV 5 from June 12th to approximately September 15th. (I can’t begin the sublet any earlier, but I could end it either a little earlier or later.) The studio includes a full-sized bed and spacious, full-service kitchen that would be fully equipped for the subletter. The apartment is on the 4th floor facing a tree-lined avenue and is extremely quiet. The building has a laundry room with free laundry, a lounge, and a computer lab.
