I'm looking to sublet my studio in EV 5 from December 23rd to January 5th (preference will go to anyone interested in subletting for those exact dates.) The studio includes a full-sized bed with an extra mattress and spacious, full-service kitchen that would be fully equipped for the subletter. It is on the 4th floor facing a tree-lined avenue and is extremely quiet. The building has a laundry room with free laundry, a lounge, and a computer lab.
