I rent a Studio Cottage on Stanford Avenue and I will be away for 3 months (January, February and March). I am looking for a sublet/sublease for the place. The move in date is negotiable and a move in date of as early as mid December can also be arranged if needed.

The place is fully furnished with a King Bed, Sofa, Coffee Table, Working Desk and chair, Book cabinet with drawers, 42 inch TV, Kitchen shelves and utensils and bathroom accessories.

The location is highly convenient being 2 blocks away from Stanford Campus. It is also only 3 blocks away from the California Avenue which has all the restaurants, stores and grocer (Mollie Stones.) Trader Joe's is 15 minutes walk. Moreover caltrain station is also only 3 block away on California Avenue. It is very convenient for people working in the area, especially, Stanford affiliates. I am a lecturer at Stanford and I can and do walk to my office everyday.

The rent is $1950 and includes utilities, electricity, internet, cable, heat and hot water.
