I am moving abroad and looking for someone to take over my lease.

The studio is on the third floor and recently upgraded.
The kitchen has an electric stove and fridge.
Also, it has a large closet, and the main room gets plenty of sunlight.
It has a sliding glass door out to the patio.
There is an on-site laundry room open 24/7 and gated parking lot.
It has a secured front door to our building and an elevator from the parking area.

It is one year lease for $1478 per month which includes everything except for electric and the internet.
The security deposit is $500 and is pet-friendly with an extra security fee.

The building is 1 mile to downtown university avenue, close to highway 101 and convenient for getting around.
