If you plan to rent a studio with furniture near San Antonio shopping center (mountain view), where is very convenient to live. Also, you can drive; take Caltrain or Stanford shopping express to school.

I rent that studio since July 14, 2010. The expired date of my lease is July 14, 2011.But I need to go back to China at the end of June. According to the lease, I still need to pay for the 14 days after I left.

So if you can rent that studio from July 1, I can leave my furniture to you, which including 1 mattress and 2 high-chairs, I bought from IKEA one year before.

The renting price of that studio is 1295 now. If you want, you can talk with manager directly for bonus.
