Attached are pictures of the rental unit, it is a converted garage with air conditioning. The space is 10 feet by 12 feet, not including a relatively large full bathroom and a closet. It will be freshly painted and cleaned for move in. Room for a kitchenette. Either single person or couple ok.

$900 per month including all utilities (gas, electric, water, garbage) along with cable and Internet access. Also we will allow access to the main house for kitchen use and laundry. We hope to find someone who will be environmentally conscious and pretty quiet (although we may have some gatherings from time to time but nothing loud during the week).

I'm a professional with my two kids here, so drugs or excessive alcohol not ok. Would like at least 6 mo commitment but potentially negotiable.
