Hi! I’m subleasing my fully furnished place at Oak Creek Apartments near Stanford from Aug 24 to Oct 20. Super convenient location next to campus, in a quiet and peaceful community. The apartment also has a beautiful private patio, perfect for coffee, reading, or just relaxing outside. The monthly rate is $2800, including internet, utilities, water, and one covered parking slot as well.
It’s completely move-in ready, just bring your suitcase. Fully furnished with pretty much everything you’d need, including a TV, Sonos soundbar, DeLonghi coffee machine, full set of kitchen appliances, etc.
One small consideration: I have a very cute and sweet cat. If you like cats and are willing to help look after her while staying here, that would be amazing! All of her things are automated (automatic feeder, water fountain, litter box, etc.), so she’s very low-maintenance and doesn’t require much effort. If you’d rather not have a cat, I can also arrange for her to stay elsewhere.
