I want to sublease my room from Apr 2017 to Sep 2017. The dates are flexible, and can start end of March. You can continue to rent the apartment afterwards (the lease ends 9/9/2017).

The room is one of the 2b/2b. I have a private room and a private bathroom; share with another roommate one kitchen and one big living room.

We have a public swimming pool and one gym. We have a reserved parking space and a lot of public parking space.
