Subleasing 1 Room in EV Low-rise 2 Floor Apt. 2 Bed/1Bat (1st August - 31st August)

Hi,

I'm looking for a female tenant to sublease my room in EV Low Rises for the summer, 1st to 31st of August. The apartment is equipped with everything you need :) and you'll likely have it to yourself for most of the sublease period. The rent of $1599 includes all utilities, wifi, laundry etc.
