Subleasing 1040 USD/month Room for Summer in Oncampus 2b1b Apartment

I am subleasing my room in Quillen 2b1b apartment (1040 USD / month) this summer from 20th June to 16th Sept (or the longest part of that).

My room is in a 10th floor apartment with a large window facing the campus, giving a beautiful view throughout the day. I am attaching 2 photos of outside view and 1 photo (0.5x) of my room taken just right now in this bright noon.
