2BR apartment on a lovely and quiet street in College Terrace, just one block away from Stanford's campus. 1BR is available for rent from September 1st to December 31st (and potentially until the 4th of January). The apartment has a covered parking space for each room, substantial closet space, a large semi-private deck overlooking a park, a huge living area, and it comes fully furnished. Landlord will pay for water, and tenants will be responsible for gas, electricity, cable, and internet. There are laundry facilities available.

The other room is occupied by a quiet, female graduate student. We are seeking a roommate who is either a young professional or a student; no smokers please. A deposit for the first month's rent will be required to secure the sublease.
