I am moving off campus and would like to sublet my room in a 3BR Escondido Village Apartment for 4 months (May 19-Aug 19). The place is clean, functional, and relatively spacious. I will charge the same as university housing, $817/mth. Ideally this will be in one lump sum of $3268.
