I am subletting my room which is the master bedroom with its own private bathroom in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment in Palo Alto right across from the Real Produce Market and a 5 minute bike to EVGR on Stanford's campus. It's also a 5min walk from Cal Ave with all the restaurants and markets.

The unit has a spacious living room, balcony, kitchen with a stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, etc. for shared use with the other tenant. The entire unit has a great central heater with a thermostat and is fully carpeted. There will be a dedicated covered parking spot if you wish to use it and also onsite laundry.

The living room and kitchen are always kept clean and will be shared with one other person who is a quiet Stanford Postdoc and is usually out for work most of the day. He is very laid back and usually keeps to himself in his room after coming back from work.
