I am subletting my room in Redwood City with two other kind professional housemates. I am a graduating PhD student at Stanford, and away on a 3-month business trip (Now till Feb 11th, 2015).

Move-in: immediately available.

It is a spacious room (see photo), good natural lighting, furnished with bed, mirror closet, corner desk, chair, bookshelf and a large computer monitor.

It is one bedroom in a three-bedroom townhouse, and 12 minutes drive to Stanford campus. Laundry included, with a parking space.

The rent for the room is 1100/month, with ~50 in utilities. The security deposit is one month rent.

Myself and my housemates are looking for a single person (no couples), no pets, someone with similar life-style, respectful and clean.
