A furnished bedroom in a 2-bedroom cottage located in College Terrace is available from mid-June to Sept 1st for $1400/month. (Dates are flexible) The cottage has a garage and backyard space. My roommate is a Stanford employee and is a really sweet person. She's owns a well-behaved, and adorable, black lab.
