I would like to sublet my studio apartment from December 16 to 8 January. I am flexible on the dates! The studio is fully furnished and the price includes utilities, phone, internet and laundry (laundry facilities on site). There is a complete set of dinnerware, linens, microwave. You are going to have also my bike to move around the campus. Regarding the price, i am asking for $250 per week, or $750 for the whole period.
