Need somewhere to stay when Stanford kicks you out of housing in Dec, that's cheaper than a hotel and comes with a kitchen and free laundry?

Fully furnished private room available on campus, in grad housing - Blackwelder highrise. It's a lovely, sunny room, in a 2 bedroom 'efficiency' apartment (i.e. the apartment doesn't have a living room). My flatmate is quiet and friendly. Amazing location: on the bus line for the Stanford free shuttle; bike racks right outside; a parking lot in front of the building; 1min walk from tennis courts and basketball courts.

$100 refundable deposit.

As per Stanford's unfortunately strict guidelines, I am only allowed to sublet to someone who:

• is affiliated to Stanford during the rental period
• is female (since my housemate is female)

No pets. No smoking.
