My two roommates are sadly leaving this quarter and now I need to fill their shoes. The place is in a great location on Alma, brand new appliances (dishwasher, fridge stove). Comes with a flatscreen, furniture, bar, etc. We have a driveway and a garage plus lots of street parking. Rent for the master room with walk in closet is $1450. Rent for the other room with a smaller walk in closet $1250. If couples are interested it would be $850 per person. Extra $200 for using bathroom, kitchen, etc..

Need to fill by end of December till end of March beginning April. Then you and the landlord can work out taking over the place from me as I am graduating. I am a EE masters at Stanford.
