Right now there are two options:

A smaller bedroom (I am able to fit a dresser, night stand, twin sized bed, two book shelves and a desk in this room) with a shared bathroom for $700/month or the master bedroom (two closets, private bath and private patio access) for 1100/month. I would need someone to start the September sublet ASAP. You can make a decision to sign the lease on September 31 (when our current one year lease ends). Also, if you choose to do a one year option, I would need a deposit for $583 paid to me (same deposit paid for each room since it was split evenly between three people) because I am forfeiting my deposit since one roommate is staying to renew the lease with new roommates.

If you lease the smaller room, I can sell you my twin sized bed and all of my bedding for $30, mattress included. Also, if you're in need of a car, I can throw in my former car for $600. Ask for more details.

There is only one roommate right now, so we are looking for two people. My main concern is finding someone to take my room/pay my rent for September. After that, you all would renew the lease and I'm not liable. The current roommate identifies as a queer Chicana, she is class of '13, majored in CSRE, is a writer etc. She works as a community organizer (i.e. she is an activist). She's very polite/kind, but her work is demanding so she doesn't necessarily have time to hang out with a gregarious roommate. She would prefer someone who can respect her space, but have a decent conversation when time permits. I, personally, have had zero issues with her as a roommate, and I'm my requirements are pretty stringent. She definitely is -not- looking for someone who parties in the house. She prefers someone who leaves partying etc. outside of the home so she can have a peaceful environment.
