Huge garden, huge garage, huge living room, one bathroom, one kitchen, furnished... :)
It is a real nice house in a nice neighborhood. I am gone for three weeks and would like to sublet my room for that period of time. You would live with two of my very best friends (an American and a Swedish dude) in the house.

It is ~ 12 mins to Stanford by bike. Maybe like 7 mins to California Ave Cal Train station. 2 mins to highway 101 by car.
We pay like 1250 $ / month per room. So I'd charge proportionally (which is VERY cheap for this area!!)
