One of the bedrooms in our wonderful 4bd/2ba house is available starting May 1 and ending Sept. 1. The room is 9'x13', with hardwood floors, a large west-facing window looking out on the front yard, and a small built-in closet. The bathroom is shared with a guy and a girl. The house is very conveniently located, within walking distance to a beautiful Philz Coffee and a 24-hour Safeway and biking distance to Cal Ave, Stanford, Google, Facebook, and University Ave.

Your three housemates will be two guys and one girl, described below.
Sheng is a graduate student in economics. When he's not writing proofs, he enjoys landscape photography and roasting large quantities of meat.
Andrew writes code, but feels more pull toward the humanities. He spends a little too much time thinking about patio aesthetics and accompanying cocktails.
Steph is an editor working for an education technology company. She's a news junkie who likes running around the neighborhood, cooking and volunteering with kids.

We definitely enjoy socializing with each other and having friends over for the occasional dinner party/barbecue, so it's important to us that you fit into the house well. We're a laid back group and respectful of each others' space. We like the common areas tidy, but our bedrooms span the clutter spectrum. Overnight guests are fine as long as you're respectful about it.

Rental Details:
*Security deposit is equivalent to a month's rent (fully refundable on move-out)
*Utilities and internet are not included; they come to approximately $75 per person each month. The current housemates also split groceries and household items like toilet paper, etc. but this is open to your preferences.
*We'd like someone to rent from May 1 until Sept. 1.

Pets:
No pets allowed in the house, unfortunately.
