Hi!

I'm moving up to San Francisco, and I'm looking for someone to take over the remainder of my lease. You can move in anytime from March 1st to April 1st. The lease ends June 6th, but there's an option to renew the lease if you like the place.

THE ROOM:

• 10x13 bedroom with a 4x4 walk-in closet
• Two windows that overlook a nice cul-de-sac
• Lots of natural light
• On second floor of house

THE HOUSE:

• 2 thoughtful, recent graduates (one male and one female) from a Stanford graduate school
• Beautiful, 3-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom 2-story house
• Kitchen remodeled last summer, including stainless steel appliances and granite countertop
• Central heat and air conditioning
• 2 car garage (you would get to park inside, if you like)
• Nearby Starbucks, shopping centers, restaurants, etc
• Near major freeways and public transportation (bus and BART)
  --> Door to door: 15 minute drive to Menlo Park (in rush hour traffic: 20 to 25)

Please note that the furniture would travel with me.
