[Sublet] Private Bedroom in 2B2Ba Apt in Palo Alto 5 mins to Stanford

I am subletting a master bedroom with its own private bathroom in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment in Palo Alto right across from the Real Produce Market and a 5 minute bike to EVGR on Stanford's campus. It's also a 5 minute walk from Cal Ave with all the restaurants and markets.

The unit has a spacious living room, balcony, kitchen with a stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, etc. for shared use with the other tenant. The entire unit has a heater with a thermostat and is fully carpeted and furnished. There is also a dedicated covered parking spot if you wish to use it and onsite laundry. The living room and kitchen are kept clean and will be shared with one other person who is a quiet Stanford Postdoc and is usually out for work most of the day.

The room will be available from Dec 15th to end of January, but dates can be flexible for slightly longer/shorter stays. Rent is $1390 a month excluding utilities, $1490 inclusive of utilities + WiFi, and will be prorated for your length of stay.
