Looking for a female to sublet a room in a 2BR/2BA in San Francisco (SOMA/South Beach). You will have your own private bathroom. The room is available from late December till April 30th with preference given to someone who can take it for most of that time.

The building is a luxury apartment complex close to the SF Caltrain station, across the street from the Muni , walking distance from the Bart, close to both 101 and 280. The complex has fantastic amenities (http://www.sbma-sf.com/) with tennis courts, hot tub, pool, gym, game room, laundry rooms. The apartment itself is new (we moved in only late August), has modern furnishings and gorgeous views of the Bay bridge. The apartment is furnished and the bedroom can be made available furnished or unfurnished.

The roommate is female, is a software engineer in her early 20's and is great fun and easy to live with. Looking for a responsible female professional, 20's, non-smoker.

Rent is $2100 plus utilities (about $75)
