Spread the word!!! Looking for someone to take a room in a large 2br/1ba apartment in Sunnyvale. Address = Ponderosa Ave. It is ~20 minute drive to campus.
Dates are for August - September ONLY! Flexible move-out date in September.

The room will have a bed and is approx. 9X10 ft. There's a good-sized kitchen, ample pantry and closet space, small outdoor porch, large bathroom sink area. And 2 parking spots!

Rent is $1100/mo, water/garbage is included.

I'm a female grad student and have a friendly indoor cat!
