This is a fully furnished apartment - it is a two bedroom and I am subletting one room. The bedroom has a closet, desk, and dresser. There is a shared living room with a sofa and coffee table and a furnished kitchen with frig, oven, and dishware. The apartment is located in Rains, which is just a 3 minute walk from the Graduate Student Center and Ray's Bar and Grill.

The room is available from 06/10/2014 to 07/13/2014.

I am charging $1006 per month- including all utilities - electricity, water, high speed internet connection, free laundry, basic local phone service.
