I am subletting a 12x12ft room with private bath and shower for 1,050 a month ( this includes utilities/pretty fast wifi). The room has hard wood floors and built in mahogany shelves. Subbletters that can rent from Dec 15th - April 1 are preferred, but I am also willing to rent starting Jan 1st. I could leave the room furnished or unfurnished. I live in a house with 4 roommates, who are easygoing.

The house has a front yard, back yard, and two common spaces. We have communal cooking and eating utensils, which you will be welcome to use. The house is a 10-15 minute drive from campus.
