Hey there friends!

I am subletting the master bedroom at 1511 Waverley St., available from Dec 1st to Jan 4th. The house is located in Old Palo Alto just a few blocks from Stanford campus and downtown Palo Alto. The room is available for $1400 for the month or $400 per week, plus utilities.

We’re looking for a Stanford affiliate or young professional, preferably for the entire month of the sublease. Given that our house is older, the ideal candidate would be clean and also be comfortable with occasional messes in shared spaces (we’re not perfect here). Your private room will be fully furnished with mattress, dresser, desk, closet.

About the house:

• Beautiful backyard with patio, grills, fire pit, 250ft redwood tree
• Spacious living room/dining area with big screen TV w/ cable, HBO, Xbox x2
• 7 bedroom, 3.5 bath house

About the men:

• 6 Stanford med students / grad students
• Enjoy trips to SF, sports, video games, working out, whining about our research

About the location:

• Next to Gamble Garden in Palo Alto
• Easy 10-15 minute bike to campus/hospital
• 15 minute walk to Palo Alto Caltrain
• 10 minute walk to Trader Joe’s

Logistics & Finances:

• $1400/month (or $400/week) rent, + utilities and cable/wifi (usually about $100 a month)
• Free parking
• Deposit required
• Dec 1st to Jan 4th

What we're looking for:

• Preferably male
• Hopefully good at Overwatch
• Definitely fun
