Subletting my EVGR - C Premium Double Apartment, Dec. 7 - Jan 18

I'm subletting my Premium apartment in EVGR - C from December 7 to January 18. Ideally I would like to find one person to stay for the entire period but am flexible. $1961/month, but can adjust based on n. of days lived in.

Bedroom with Queen bed, nightsand, large closet, desk, multiple drawers, etc.

Large bathroom

Living Room / Kitchen

Besides all basic utilities it will come fully furnished, with items free to use, including but not limited to: blue blackout curtains, hp laser printer, vacuum cleaner(s), puresteamXL, Roland keyboard, microwave, lamp(s), dell monitor, bestisan soundboxes, toaster, george foreman grill, books and more!

Access to all building amenities, such as Gym / Laundry/ Huddle Rooms / Tv and Community rooms / Music room, etc.

My roomate is a very kind and extremely reserved student you will barely notice lives there.

Pictures are from my actual place. Will remove some items from table before heading out but mostly it will come as depicted.

MUST be Stanford affiliated in some way, such as a grad student, a visiting student for the winter, someone doing research, etc.
