Large single room available in Campbell for July and August (some flexibility on either end).

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, dresser, bedside table, and enormous closet. It has a large window that looks over the back gardens. There's a blind and curtains that darken the room well. The doors are all keyed for convenience and security. The bathroom is right across the hall from the room. It is shared with another housemate.

You’ll be taking my room for the summer while I backpack eastern Europe :) Matt has a background in tech and spends a lot of his time this time of year in the enormous garden - you’ll get the literal fruits of his labor this summer. He’s also a great cook and is always willing to share or cook with. The house and gardens have a lot of space, including two big living room spaces, modern kitchen, a fire pit area, back deck, hot tub, side deck, front gardens, and fully-outfitted garage gym.

Peaches the cat is pretty mellow and will hang out with you while you read or watch TV.

The house is located one mile from downtown Campbell. I run and ride to Campbell and the Los Gatos Creek trail often. It's a quiet neighborhood with easy access to highways and commuter routes.

Included with $1400/month rent: Utilities, Premium cable, internet, laundry access, and Peaches the cat.

About You:

You might be a student with a summer internship or a professional with a temporary assignment in the Bay Area. You are responsible, considerate, fun to be around, and don't do hard drugs or throw big parties. We’re open to you having a pet if they’re fully house-trained and we’re sure they’d get along with Peaches.
