We have a room available in a 3 bed / 2 bath apartment in the Mission District. We are hoping to sublease from the start of July to late August, but have some flexibility regarding the dates. It's a nice apartment in a lot of amenities, including:

• 10-15 minute bikeride to Caltrain station
