Looking for on-campus subletters for the month of July and/or September!

My bedroom is in a 2 B/R 1 Bath ladies' apartment in Lyman Graduate Housing. Pursuant to University policy, the renter has to be a Stanford affiliate. Weekly rent is $270 and negotiable.

The apartment is on the top floor, fully furnished and well maintained. My bedroom has an extra-long twin bed, comfy mattress, sheets, closet, desk, bookshelf, swivel chair, lamp and a dresser. You will enjoy free WiFi, 24/7 access to the laundry room, and even a piano practice room. The spacious living area features a refreshing view of the lush meadows, rolling foothills, and bustling tennis courts.

Lyman is conveniently located only minutes off the Hwy 280 by car, and minutes away from campus center on foot. The gym, the swimming pool and golf course are just steps away. My apartment mate just moved out. When you arrive, there is a chance you could have the whole apartment to yourself.

Only incoming or current Stanford affiliates who can show proof of Stanford affiliation are eligible to apply. Minors, undergraduates, and non affiliates are not eligible to sublicense.
