Summer Sublet: 2BR/1BA on Campus (EV South) -- Female only (JULY - SEP)

I'm subletting my room in a 2-bedroom on-campus apartment from July 22 to Sep 17 (with some flexibility on start and end dates).
Please note that I can only accommodate a female subtenant since the second room will either be unoccupied or occupied by another female subtenant.

The apartment is a lovely two-floor unit, fully furnished and equipped with all the essentials: microwave, oven, air fryer, cutlery, pots, pans, etc. It's conveniently located near the laundry room and has nearby parking. The room itself gets great natural light and has a peaceful, cozy vibe — perfect for studying or relaxing.

Monthly rent: ~$1628.
There will be a one time cleaning fee of $300 so that the apartment can be professionally cleaned for before and after your stay.

Location: EV South (on campus) and close to the caltrain station.
