My room in Quillen High-rise is available for a Summer sublease starting June 15th until September 12th 2015. This timeframe is negotiable but I would prefer someone looking to sublease for all three months. This room is part of a two bedroom efficiency apartment that comes with a shared bathroom and kitchen and my very clean and non-intrusive roommate.

I am asking a price of $730/month. This offer includes wifi, laundry and other overhead costs that I would be covering and hence need a hassle free agreement.
